Founded in 2018 in the heart of London, Company Smiles has helped over 120 businesses build brands that truly connect with their audiences.
Company Smiles started with a simple belief: every business deserves a brand that makes them proud. Founded by creative director James Hartley and brand strategist Amara Osei, we set out to build an agency that combines strategic thinking with exceptional design.
What started as a two-person studio in Shoreditch has grown into a team of 14 passionate creatives, strategists, and designers working from our Charlotte Street studio in Fitzrovia.
We've had the privilege of working with businesses of all sizes — from ambitious startups to established FTSE companies. Our approach remains the same: listen deeply, think strategically, and deliver work that exceeds expectations.
